This video was recorded in Knoxville, TN while travelling I-640 on May 16, 2008. As you can tell by the overhead signage, traffic on I-40 is being routed along 640 due to construction. If you look hard enough, you will notice an 18 wheeler at about the 3:35 mark with a picture of a young lady on the back. The truck is encouraging young men to call to meet hot young russian women! In case you are wondering, the overhead electronic signs were not flashing, it just looks that way. The music is from Def Leppard.
